How Can chronic Pain In The Neck,back And Knee be Treated?

I am a 52 year old white male. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident (high speed head on collision motorcycle vs car). I have severe chronic pain in my neck, back, rt. hip, knee, rt. below knee amputation, rt. shoulder and arm (scraped olicron process off on pavement. I live in Florida and have found it nearly impossibe to get opiate pain medicine. I have developed absolutely debilitating anxiety, and have had ADHD since childhood. I also have a bachelor of science degree in nursing... Any Ideas? P.S. am on Medicaid...

Considering the substantial amount of pain involving upper extremities, there sounds possible nerve compression over the cervical region.

It is recommended to take a recent MRI prescription from your consultant and manage the issue more smartly and wisely.

As you must be well aware, primary relief with assisted physiotherapy, analgesic spray and weight maintenance.
